Third Tour of Iowa Counties Completed

John's third trip of Iowa was an exhaustive tour of 46 stops over 5 days. Traveling over all of eastern Iowa and into southwestern Iowa produced a highly rewarding trip as John was met with open arms by the good folks of Iowa.

John started the trip with his second appearance on the Jan Mickelson Show (WHO 1040 AM, Des Moines), and finished the trip with a private dinner with several key supporters in Iowa. It was wonderful to see people come out and hear John even on Memorial day weekend. John's total counties rose to 86 as he looks onward to the June 17th Convention in Des Moines. John's fourth trip will encompass the final thirteen counties and make him the only Presidential candidate to visit all 99 counties. Even more impressive is that John will have completed his 99 county tour in four months and 18 months prior to the 2008 Iowa caucus.

John's fourth trip will conclude with the convention, at which he will be hosting an ice cream social and a breakfast along with several book signings to afford everyone at the convention the ability to personally meet and greet our next President.
