A Welcome Message from John Cox

Thank you for your interest in my campaign.

As the results of the Midterm elections have shown, Americans have been deeply disappointed in our elected officials.

Now, Republicans have some work to do before we gain back the trust of the American people.

We must bring back statesmanship, truth, honesty and good government. We must bring back Reagan Republicanism.

We can no longer have career politicians who are in office for a lifetime, looking out for themselves, seeking to increase their own personal power, and selling loopholes to corporations for campaign contributions.

America can do better, and our party can certainly do better. We can’t look to the same group of Congressmen and governors who have failed us in 2006 to somehow lead us into the presidential campaign of 2008.

I began my campaign for president in March, 2006 because America has some serious problems: ending the war in Iraq with honor, fixing Social Security, changing our broken tax system and gaining energy independence through diversification, just to name a few.

I am a businessman, not a Washington insider. I can bring the principles of Ronald Reagan back to the White House. I will be a voice for small businesses and average Americans.
